Lou Shang is an ultra luxury Cantonese-style hot pot, famed for its golden yellow broth made with fish maw, chicken and abalone. Into this broth goes an entire steamed chicken, and plates of premium beef, seafood and more. A selection of premium wines are offered.
Owing to its popularity expect a wait time of over two hours during peak dining times. Reservations are highly recommended.
