Chelae is a mid-range bistro and lounge bar serving a menu led by premium seafood and dry-aged steak. Crab is also a house specialty, along with Atlantic halibut, oysters, scallops and more. A wood-burning Josper oven services a special grill menu.

A separate lounge area benefits from couch seating, along with a full-service bar that offers cocktails, whisky and wines.
