With 10 years working at the frontline of high-end western kitchen, she is well versed in preparing of French cuisine with her unique deduction of elegance in great details, for which, she has infused modern technologies into traditional French cooking, mastered accurately the appropriate time and temperature, and are adept at seeking balance between delicacies and health.

She would go in person every day and pick fresh ingredients by herself, believing fresh materials are the guarantee of the delicacies, and simple seasonings the highest respect of food. She knows only slow preparation would render better taste. With her own ingenuity and time, she was able to accumulate a wider range of different foods, to be delivered to the dining table at the most suitably edible time.
