Bo Shanghai Description

Bo Shanghai is a boutique fine dining restaurant by Cantonese chef Alvin Leung, seating just 10 diners at any one time. Hidden behind Leung's other restaurant in the same building, Daimon Bistro, Bo Shanghai's menu will focus on fine dining interpretations of regional Chinese cuisine, fused with international cuisine.
