Xiao Long Feng is a Cantonese diner chain with at least three locations in the Shanghai metro area. It’s fast, comfort food served up to swarms of people at all hours of the day. The place is rammed at lunch and dinner hours, but swing by during an off-time to avoid a long wait. Many of this city’s best Cantonese diners sit on the east side of People’s Square Park, but Xiao Long Feng’s advantage is that it has more accessible locations in expat hubs in both Jing’an and Xuhui.
