Hang Jia is a Hong Kong style hotpot restaurant located at 282 Wanhangdu Lu. Here you may try the traditional Cantonese Da Bian Lu (hot-pot, side of furnace), while listening to 1980s classic songs as if in a street vibe of the olden time.
All seafood here comes from around the globe, King Crab, Australian Lobster, Razor Clam, Camaron etc., all freshly caught.
The trendy dish you may order is ‘Fish Maw + Yellow Croaker’ hotpot, in which meaty deep sea codfish maws are sliced into thin flakes with six pieces of yellow croaker, the most palatable you can ever imagine.
