Han Mama Description

For Taiwan, a place known for its fantastic food and culinary tradition, a bowl of beef noodle soup is as much a cultural affirmation as it is a meal.  

At Han Mama, it seems they get pretty damn close. This stems from the fact that Taiwanese proprietor Milton Hanhas brought no less than his own mother all the way from Taiwan to cook these noodles exactly the way she does back home.

Open Mon-Sat 11am-2pm, 5-9pm (extending to Mon-Sun 11am-11pm from March).
