    Dozo Izakaya is dressed like a club with sunken tables next to a catwalk-like walkway and a steady stream of Korean and Japanese R&B blasts from speakers. The extensive menu features elaborate sounding dishes and includes everything from a "Dozo" Caesar salad to sushi and okonomi’yaki (Japanese pancake).
An izakaya is a type of Japanese drinking establishment that also serves food to accompany the drinks. At DOZO izakaya, we offer comprehensive drinks, including the cool beer served with the house-made tubular container at 2 liter or 4 liter. When these beer tubes are put in front of the guests, every guest can feel the joy of having fun in groups at DOZO. A huge Japanese artistic painting, door knob in the form of DOZO logo, the flash effect formed with the spotlights from the ceiling etc., all suggest one thing: show time.
Various marvelous Japanese pattern projected on wall are largely used along the access from the pavement, bar section, and even the private VIP room that divided from wooden grating.

In the design of DOZO, modern materials are applied to present an Oriental image based on the characteristics of Japanese style. Along with the grids made with wood bars, wall projection of Japanese paper, and the splendid stonewall surface, the New Oriental Scenario is re-created.
