As the breeze softens and the city glows at dusk, Aria on 9, the hotel's terrace bar, becomes a perfect perch above the city. By day, it's a calm, leafy retreat—fresh and inviting. As night falls, it transforms into a stylish, open-air stage. Lights ripple across the pool, bar, and glassware, blending with music to set the tone for a sparkling summer night.

At Aria on 9, Head Bartender Talor crafts cocktails that capture the city's rhythm. Drawing on seasonal ingredients and local favorites, his creations are more than drinks—they're liquid memories of Tianjin. "It’s not just mix cocktails," he shares. "I want each sip to reveal a little of this city's character." One standout blends a classic Negroni with Tianjin's signature Haihe coffee milk. "It's like the setup and punchline of a good crosstalk skit. at first taste, it offers smooth milkiness, but upon deeper sipping, an unexpectedly bold flavor emerges."

•Begonia Dream – A visual stunner made with gin steeped in butterfly pea flower. Add lemon, and it turns a dreamy violet. Bright citrus notes from grapefruit and yellow lemon bring a superb, refreshing start, followed by delicate rose—like stepping into a moonlit summer garden.

Aria on 9 is open daily from 6:00 p.m. to midnight, serving classic and creative cocktails, whiskies, and a selection of red and white wines. The food menu, crafted by the hotel's Executive Chef, offers flavorful pairings like grilled baby lobster with wagyu beef sliders, white wine-braised French mussels, and Spanish garlic shrimp—delivering a perfect mix of taste and atmosphere for summer evenings in Tianjin.
