Tianjin Restaurant Review: Bazndei

Yunnan restaurant Bazndei is a favorite of ours in Tianjin for its minimalist design and delicious dishes. And with temperatures decreasing outside, Bazndei turns it up a notch with their hot autumn vegetarian menu.

Making expert use of seasonal ingredients such as rare fungi and fiber-loaded taro, pumpkin, yam and sweet potatoes, Bazndei has carefully constructed a range of fall dishes to satisfy appetites without overloading on calories.

Perfect for vegetarians or anyone looking for a hearty, healthy meal. Must try dishes include the mushroom soup – a fragrant dish, rich in both taste and nutritional value.
