Chef Sendra, inspired by his journeys through Peru and Japan, has crafted a menu that beautifully captures the culinary richness of his travels. Against the backdrop of Shenzhen's futuristic skyline, guests at OPUS 388, the French restaurant on the 77th floor, will have the exclusive opportunity to savor Chef Sendra's exquisite dishes, characterized by precision, attention to detail, and balanced flavors.

Hailing from the picturesque Bresse region and boasting a remarkable culinary background, Chef Sylvain Sendra has earned a stellar reputation for his exceptional skills and passion for French cuisine. With training at a prestigious hotel management school in Lyon and mentorship under renowned chef Alexis Gauthier in London, Chef Sendra has become a visionary in the culinary world. His return to Paris led to the opening of "Le Temps au Temps," a beloved bistro in the 11th arrondissement, followed by the acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant "Itinéraires," where his innovative and open-minded approach to cooking gained international recognition.

At OPUS 388, guests can experience Chef Sendra's culinary mastery up close at the exclusive chef table, offering an intimate dining space and the chance to interact with the chef himself, gaining insights into his culinary journey. The seven-course dinner menu at the chef table is priced at RMB 1,818 per person, with an optional wine pairing for RMB 2,688. Alternatively, guests can opt for the four-course degustation menu, priced at RMB 1,088, with a wine pairing option at RMB 1,588. Limited seating is available between 5 pm and 10 pm, so advance booking is recommended for this exceptional dining experience.
