With training at a prestigious hotel management school in Lyon and mentorship under renowned chef Alexis Gauthier in London, Chef Sendra has become a visionary in the culinary world. At OPUS 388, guests can experience Chef Sendra's culinary mastery up close at the exclusive chef table, offering an intimate dining space and the chance to interact with the chef himself, gaining insights into his culinary journey.
