Or LLW boss man Kris zipping around on his electric unicycle. Let’s be honest, it’s probably because of Kris and his electric unicycle. But Lazy Laowai is so much more than that!
What is the Lazy Laowai Program?
The Lazy Laowai training program is a structured strength and conditioning program made to make you stronger, fitter and happier than you’ve ever been in a gym. We do this by breaking down the training calendar into five-week cycles with the following goals:
And because fitness is a journey, you never go at it alone. You’re always in a class surrounded by other athletes, pushing and supporting each other through every session. You always have the watchful eye of a trained coach in the room to give you individual feedback. And you have access to our online platform to track your strength and progress.
So if you’re ever feeling a little too lazy, your LLW community will be there to help you push through and get the work done!
Why Start Lazy Laowai Now?
