Dongling Baba Fish Maw Chicken, derived from the secret recipe of Hong Kong Uncle in 1977, has opened in Uniwalk Shopping Mall in Bao’an Centre. Dongling literally meaning ‘freezing age’ or ageless. The ageless family brand ‘Dongling family,’ also includes Dongling Mama (mother) collagen baking shop, Dongling Jiejie (older sister) collagen dessert shop and lastly Dongling Meimei (younger sister) collagen fruit tea.

This secret recipe requires no additives. Simple, high-quality ingredients and natural clean water are used to create these delicious meals. There is an old Chinese saying, “Good soup needs good water, good tea also needs good water.” The Dongling family has chosen natural mountain spring water from the water giant, Nongfu Spring Company. Its water is sourced from eight different high-quality reservoirs across China. What’s more, the chicken is also picked from a leading enterprise in the agriculture industry, Wens Foodstuff Group. Lastly, a 100-year old pharmaceutical-grade collagen manufacturer in Japan has partnered with Dongling Baba. In addition to the Fish Maw Chicken store, collagen is also incorporated in fruit tea, pastries and desserts. All of the above are available at the Dongling Baba in Uniwalk Shopping Mall.

Dongling Sister collagen dessert shop also uses high-quality ingredients and Nippi collagen. Whether it’s before or after a meal, grab a sweet treat and don’t feel guilty since you’ll be fulfilling your daily dose of collagen. On the menu is Mango Pomelo & Sago with Bird’s nest, Peach Resin with Taro Coconut Sago, Tangerine Red Date Soup, Papaya Snow Fungus Soup, Traditional Walnut Soup, Sesame Soup, Tofu Pudding, rice balls and many other moisturising and healthy desserts. Surely there will be one for you!

On average a 20-year-old adult loses 1.5 grams of collagen every day. Dongling Sister’s collagen fruit tea hopes to replenish collagen through daily beverages, especially for the younger generation, to create a drinkable skincare product. As previously mentioned, good water is needed for good tea. The natural mineral water from Nongfu Spring is rich in calcium, magnesium and other essential minerals for our body. Its weak alkali characteristics make it much easier for our body to consume, which is purer and will ultimately boost our immunity. Types of tea offered are Oolong and Jasmine in addition to other seasonal healthy drinks.
