Warmer Temps Return to South China Next Week

It's been a rough week weather-wise for Guangdong, relatively speaking. Some places in the province even saw sprinklings of snow, although they pale in comparison to the deadly blizzards and freezing temps further North.

After this weekend, though, Shenzhen and Guangzhou residents will be able to once again enjoy unseasonably warm temperatures, with highs reaching 20 degrees Celsius and above.

In a few days' time, you can shed (some of) the coats and scarves. But in the meantime, it's best to stay bundled up: yellow cold weather alerts are still active for both Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
