November 13: Richard Galliano Quintet
The accordion is not the sexiest instrument in the world – but Galliano has set out to change that, giving the ol’ ‘squeezebox’ its proper place in the heart of jazz, alongside the sax and horn. Special guest includes Daniel ‘the Pipi’ Piazzolla.

November 15: DJ Duo Bougenvilla at Pepper Club
The two men behind Bougenvilla bonded over a shared love of bass and house, and the rest is history. For the last two years they've built up a reputation for exciting live performances, plus released music on Tiësto's label, Musical Freedom.

November 17-19: 10th Clockenflap in Hong Kong
At its 10-year anniversary this year, the indubitably biggest music and art festival of Hong Kong gathers global talents and superstars at a level never seen before. This year’s Clockenflap will see highlight performances by British trip-hop superstars Massive Attack, electronic wizards The Prodigy and indie rock band Kaiser Chiefs. November 17: Synthwave Legend College at Dolores Park
Magma and Dolores Park are teaming up for another event where synthwave pro College, supported by retrowave enthusiast Ectoplazm, will keep the good vibes flowing until late into the night. College's style is a throwback to 80s electronic sound, and was once featured in the soundtrack of award-winning thriller Drive, starring Ryan Gosling.

Electronic DJ and producer Ricky Stone has been pumping out house and techno for over 20 years now. He's good at it, too, judging by the multiple times he's been voted onto DJ Magazine's Top 100 list. The head of Flat Belly Recordings has toured Europe, the Americas and now, China.

November 19: ZIP Improv Comedy Show
Shenzhen's Zip improv group has now passed its one-year mark, and hopes to celebrate many more. This Sunday, visit Shekou for English-language performances, quirky games and plenty of laughs.
