The largest gathering of health-conscious expats and urbanites in Shenzhen, the 5th Health & Wellness Fair, is happening in just two weeks!
From 10am-4pm on Saturday, November 4, dozens of English-speaking fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness providers will convene under the roof of the Vista-SK International Medical Center in Nanshan District.
Free-to-enter and open to all, the Fair makes it easy to kickstart or continue a healthy lifestyle. Take part in classes that run the gamut from vegan cooking to meditation to tango; browse a broad range of family-friendly vendor booths; and have your kids join in, or set them free in the provided play area.
Plus, take a load off your shoulders at two all-day massage stations.
