Shanghai, March 21, 2025 — This spring, PAC Shopping Center and lifestyle platform Shanghai WOW! have joined forces to launch *WOW TASTE TRIP PAC Food & Wine Journey*, a 17-day festival celebrating the season’s freshest flavors and creative dining experiences. Titled Wild Harmony, Spring Gathering, the event transforms Shanghai’s culinary scene with 10 avant-garde restaurants, 9 exclusive tasting menus, and four themed routes that merge immersive dining, international markets, and art installations.
A Feast for the Senses: Media Preview Dinner
Kicking off on March 21, the festival debuted with an exclusive media dinner attended by over 20 of Shanghai’s top lifestyle influencers and journalists. Guests indulged in a multi-sensory evening featuring curated dishes paired with natural-themed decor—think cascading floral arrangements, ambient candlelight, live handpan melodies, and soulful vocal performances. The dinner set the tone for the festival’s mission: redefining spring dining through innovation and artistry.
Four Themed Routes: A Passport to Global Flavors
At the heart of the festival is the *WOW TASTE TRIP Passport*, a guide unlocking four experiential routes designed by wine experts and chefs:
Playful Exploration (CNY 112) – A budget-friendly journey blending bold pairings like Spanish ham with Huaiyang-style knife fish, or Japanese omakase at UNI SHUSHI.
New World Wines – Vibrant pours from emerging wine regions.
Old World Wines – Classic European vintages.
Chinese Wines – Spotlighting local vineyards.
Participants can “island-hop” between restaurants such as Tvino Spanish Bistro, 越稽 (a Michelin Bib Gourmand-rated Shaoxing eatery), and 子福·小馆 (a Black Pearl-listed Sichuan-Cantonese fusion spot), sampling dishes and sips that weave French elegance with Eastern flair.
Immersive Camping Pop-Ups & Weekend Wine Bars
PAC’s central plaza has been transformed into a springtime oasis, complete with a cozy camping zone and pop-up wine bars. Every weekend, sommeliers host tastings, allowing shoppers to sip curated wines while lounging under blooming cherry trees.
Learn from the Masters: Workshops & Markets
Michelin-starred consultants lead interactive sessions on wine pairing and etiquette, while a weekend market (March 21–April 6) offers global street food, pet-friendly workshops, and wellness activations. Don’t miss the “tongue-tickling” collaborations, like Spanish Txuleton steak paired with Jiangsu delicacies.
