The F45 Challenge is a guided 45-day program aimed to improve fitness, body composition and overall wellbeing through education, training and motivation support.
Over the Challenge period, participants measure progress through before and after photos, body scans and physical performance metrics.
Challenge participants regularly see drastic improvements and there are great prizes awarded to the winners in each studio.
