Brewing craft beers in-house alongside elevated food experiences, the Goose Island Brewhouse is one of the choice concepts of Fengsheng Li, the 1920s Art Deco lane house-style complex on Maoming Bei Lu.
And they have just launched their new menu, with dishes designed to make the very most of summer – energy-inspiring, full flavored, bikini body-friendly food that is perfect for parties!
Steaks take center stage, with six choices on offer – tomahawk, sirloin, rump, ribeye, skirt and two filets – each served with roasted tomatoes and baby potatoes. Go all out with the tomahawk, and add half a lobster for RMB168 or a whole lobster for RMB288 to make it surf and turf.
1kg Tomahawk ¥988
For the health conscious out there, the seagull salad fits the bill; romaine lettuce with grilled chicken, avocado, egg, tomato, blue cheese and bacon.
Seagull Salad ¥78
There are five new pizza on the menu: margherita, pepperoni, prosciutto arugula, vegetarian and chi town, named after Chicago, with salty Italian pork sausage and giardiniera (Italian picked vegetables) – it is a bit like a burger and a bit like pizza, and super delicious!
Prosciutto Arugula Pizza ¥188
Continuing on the Italian theme, check out their pastas...
Cheese Ravioli ¥108
Mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan-filled ravioli, house-made pomodoro sauce, basil.
Baked Italian Sausage Rigatoni ¥118
Eggplant, zucchini, Italian sausage, house-made pomodoro blended with mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan.
Goose Island Brewhouse is also offering lunch sets with daily special soup, a drink and main from RMB78-98, with things like roasted beer can chicken, chimichurri skirt steak salad and Pacific cod fish burger on offer.
So there you have it – get yourself over to Fengsheng Li and have a goosey gander for yourself.
