The course is split into two levels: Advanced Foundations and Essential Oils and Skincare.
Level 1: “Advanced Foundations” (Foundations & Chemistry and Biology)
With this course, you will learn the fundamental knowledge necessary for competent use of essential oils and aromatherapy. By understanding the oils chemical composition and holistic properties, you’ll know how these healing agents impact different body systems and sense of smell. You’ll also explore the therapeutic functions in cosmetic ingredients as well as develop formulations for professional and personal use.
Level 2: Essential Oils and Skincare
Essential oils have a profound effect on aging. Learn the full spectrum of healthy aging effects, skin healing properties and skin conditioning and maintenance with this advanced course. Gain the skills to use aromatherapy for personal care and in the spa setting. The “beauty inside and out” system will be introduced to help you establish a holistic and integrative approach to health and beauty.
The Level 1 Class will be held on December 15-16 from 9.30am to 5.30pm and the Level 2 Class will take place the following week on December 22-23 from 9.30am to 5.30pm. Both classes will take place at Fuxing Soho in Shanghai's Luwan District.
