4 Refreshing Alaskan Seafood Recipes Perfect for Summer

1. Scallion with Alaskan Sea Cucumber

Ingredients:

  • Alaskan sea cucumber 100g

  • Dutch beans 30g

  • Sweet peppers 10g

  • Scallions 20g

  • Soy sauce 20g

  • Oil 15g

  • Sichuan pepper 2g

Cut Alaskan sea cucumbers into cubes and soak Dutch beans in water. Use another bowl to mix beans, oil, sweet peppers, scallions, soy sauce and any other ingredients you desire. This dish provides a crisp texture and mellow taste, which is the perfect remedy for hot weather.

2. Alaskan Seafood Plate

Ingredients:

  • Alaskan king crab 50g

  • Alaskan salmon 70g

  • Alaskan salmon roe 5g

  • Alaskan cod fish 70g

  • Sweet peppers 20g

  • Small pumpkin 1

  • Salt 3g

  • Egg 10g

  • Cooking wine 5g

  • Olive oil 20g

  • Pickle sauce 20g

Marinate the seafood with egg white, sea salt, cooking wine and flour. Add starch and simmer. This dish brings out the delicious taste of Alaskan seafood in a fresh and juicy way. 

3. Pumpkin Custard with Alaskan Seafood

Ingredients:

  • Alaskan king crab 50g

  • Alaskan cod fish 50g

  • Green soy bean 10g

  • White mushrooms 10g

  • Pumpkin 200g

  • Sea salt 3g

  • Olive oil 10g

  • Water 150g

Smash the Alaskan king crab and boil with cod, green beans, white mushrooms, sea salt, olive oil and other ingredients. The custard is sweet, smooth and very pleasing to the senses.

4. Alaskan Cod Fish Salad with Fermented Bean Curd

Ingredients: 

  • Alaskan cod fish 150g

  • White fermented bean curd 2

  • Salad greens 30g

  • Olive oil 35g

  • Egg 20g

  • Sea salt 3g

  • Lemon 10g

Defrost and spread egg on both sides of the cod. Mix fermented bean curd, olive oil, and lemon and add to the salad. Use white fermented bean curd from Guangdong to create a fusion dish.

Alaskan seafood is not only easy to cook with but it gives great flavor and nutrients to your daily meals. It can be used to make delicious dishes ranging from hot mains to cold salads, making it easier to stimulate your appetite during these hot summer days.
