Shanghai residents should be prepared for heavy rains and winds of up to 82 kilometers per hour to hit the city starting tonight and lasting into tomorrow. These conditions are expected to be similar to those brought by Typhoon Ampil, which smacked the island of Chongming (45km east of Shanghai) just a couple weeks ago, China Daily reports.
