This summer the W Shanghai hosts the 10th annual Whisky L! Exhibition, which promises to be three fun-packed days of sipping some of the top whiskies from around the globe while enjoying entertainment from three world-famous electronic DJs, cocktail experts, flame bartenders and so much more.
The 5,000 square meter venue will be a wonderland for any whisky connoisseur.
With over 200 global brand exhibitors, and 60 of China’s top bars carrying over 500 varieties of alcohol, you are sure to find something that suits your preferences. You'll be able to try whiskies from Scotland, Ireland, the US, Japan and beyond.
Taste around and find a nice bottle (or more) to savor at home. And there is more than just whisky: you will find everything from whisky to tequila, from Yamazaki to Hennessy. Enjoy craft cocktails shaken up and stirred by mixologists from some of China's most renowned bars and sip on spirits like brandy, vodka and gin.
This annual event will take place over the course of three days, from August 10 to 12.
Industry leaders will also be on hand to teach whisky tasting knowledge and the craft of cocktail mixing. Sign up for a master class and be prepared to wow your friends. Some of the experts include authoritative whisky critic and author of the Whisky Bible Jim Murray, the Japanese master of bartending Takayuki Suzuki and the USD2.6 million insured "nose of God" Richard Paterson.

Musical guests include DJ L (the first Chinese DJ on DJ Mag's Top 100 list), Mariana Bo (combining electronic sounds with violin) and DJ Carta (who has worked with EDM superstars Don Diablo, DVBBS and more).
