Shanghai Police Are Back With a Brand New Fireworks Ban Rap

Shanghai Police are back with a brand new(ish) rap about the fireworks ban

Like last year's special CNY music video, they've opted once again to extol the virtues of a fireworks-free Shanghai to the tune of the Numa Numa song. The official 2018 remix also features Shanghainese dialect. (If you ask us, it's pretty great to see that China's ban on rap has been specially lifted to promote another ban).

Don't call it a comeback — and also, please don't set off fireworks or firecrackers within the Outer Ring Road.
