The organizers of Shanghai Masters (not to be confused with renowned tennis event Shanghai Rolex Masters) are inviting teams to participate in the amateur football tournament that will take place on September 2-3, 2017 at Nord Anglia International School in Pudong.

This tourney is only for players aged 40 years or above, although two players aged 35 and older are allowed for each team. So it’s kind of like reverse Olympic rules. Only 12 players per squad.

The entry fee is RMB4,000 per team. The team registration form will be sent with the rules.

For further info, contact tournament organizer Thorsten Kalus (china@thorstenkalus.de or mobile 13816116670) or David Brady (dcsbrady@me.com or mobile 13917828463).

Sep 2-3, kickoff time TBA, RMB4,000 entry fee per team. Nord Anglia International School, see event listing.
