New Xixi Bistro to Open in Xintiandi Area

Yesterday we brought you the news that the guys behind super popular Chinese fusion restaurant Xixi Bistro will be opening a new concept restaurant in Found 158 (formerly Datong Mill – that looks set to be the new Yongkang Lu, btw). Well it just gets better, because we can now reveal that a new Xixi Bistro will open in a two-story location in the Xintiandi area. Rejoice!

The concept will remain very much the same, only the other way round – the restaurant will be upstairs and a bar with dim sum will be on the ground floor. If that is anything like Xixi Bedroom, then expect top notch drinks.

The original Xixi Bistro on Wuyuan Lu was forced to close due to licensing issues back in May, to the bitter, bitter disappointment of its legions of loyal fans. So this, along with the Found 158 news, will bring much cheer.

We certainly can't wait for the opening day, which is slated to be before the year is out.
