Shanghai Fight Night is back! The havoc begins December 5 at Pudong Shangri-La with five bouts of amateur fighters and three matchups of professionals. We got the boxers out of the ring to answer a few questions. Here's what the fifth pair of white collar fighters had to say.

Craig "The Butcher" Northedge

Job: Teacher at NAIS Pudong

Nationality: British

Age: 35

Weight: 78kg

Height: 177cm

Favorite quote: "Is anyone gonna eat that piece of chicken?" -myself

Motivation for boxing: I like getting hit.

If you could fight anyone, dead or alive, who would it be? I would fight the Michelin Man because I hate his face.

Favorite boxer: Mike Tyson

Favorite boxing clip: Mike Tyson vs Trevor Berbick – His left hand knock down...Trevor gets jelly legs... Brilliant.

Benjamin "Dynamite" Dobbsy

Job: Programme Development Manager at Aqua Sports

Nationality: British

Age: 33

Weight: 78kg

Height: 180cm

Favorite quote: "Obstacles don't have to stop you." – Michael Jordan

Motivation for boxing: Boxing is a a great metaphor for life, and what motivates me to not only train, stay disciplined in the gym, but also in life.

If you could fight anyone, dead or alive, who would it be? It would have to be a fellow Brit, Carl ‘The Cobra’ Froch. He has only just retired and is considered to be one of Britain’s best. An absolute warrior who was always in exciting fights.

Favorite boxer: Carl ‘The Cobra’ Froch

Favorite boxing clip: My favourite clip has to be the warrior himself when Carl Froch destroyed Lucien Bute, when Bute was No.1 in the world in the super middle weight division. Great fight, great night for British Boxing.
