As Valentine’s Day approaches, the talented chefs at Hyatt on the Bund are preparing delicacies full of love.
As one of the most romantic venues in the city, VUE Restaurant’s master chefs have devised a special 5-course dinner menu for happy couples to celebrate their love on Valentine’s Day. The feast starts with a VUE temptation sharing platter for two of Fine de Claire, lobster ravioli and pickled beetroot. Then, soup, Chicken consommé, and warm appetizer, Pan-fried Rougie foie gras, will be served accordingly. While overlooking the stunning views of the Huangpu River, the main course, Sous vide beef tenderloin, will be ready. The dinner will be ended by one sharing dessert for two, Duo of Heart, including Valrhona chocolate raspberry cakes, sponge, vanilla ice cream and strawberry ice cream. All of these elements promise a delightful dining experience on this special evening.
