It’s time to test yourselves! The Playoffs return Sep 13 from 12.30-4.30pm to F45 Training Jing’an! The ultimate 10 minute fitness test sounds simple, but it is truly a test of strength, agility and speed. This time, there will be even bigger prizes, drink deals and more. Registration for the event will be broken into two categories: individual and team (two male, two female). If you choose to do the team registration you must stick with your team vs individual. Those who compete with a team will also be eligible to win prizes for top male/female. Price is RMB50 for members, RMB100 for non-members and includes a shirt.
