Back by popular demand, Hatsune founder Alan Wong will host this season’s Sake Sensei Dinner Party in Hatsune iapm, on Wednesday, November 20 at 7pm.
Alongside a multi-course paired dinner menu, Alan-san will introduce a balanced and diverse range of four to five different types of quality sake including Junmai, Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo etc. You will learn the meticulous process of brewing sake from rice and water while Alan-san teaches you how to smell and taste the subtle flavors. You will walk away able to fully appreciate just how delicate and beautiful sake can be.
