Sir Elly’s kitchen has prepared a six-course menu with different cuts of beef from the stockyards around the world. Expect fine dishes from a beef tongue with caviar, green asparagus and gribiche sauce to oxtail with mustard ice cream and comté cheese. The six-course meal will conclude with a delicious beetroot tartar with coconut meringue, orange sorbet and toasted hazelnuts.
