This charity program assists marginalized young Chinese adults who are unable to pursue traditional forms of education. One way to get involved is by joining one of their public or private booked baking classes, and this month they are eager to school you in the ways of baking a King's Cake. Led by Liu Dong (SYB, Marriot Hotel, EFBPa), the class includes lunch and all necessary ingredients.  All proceeds directly fund Shanghai Young Bakers’ programs.
