UMI is hosting a spring sake tasting and omakase by "sake samurai," Elliot Faber (Yardbird, Ronin, Sake Central) and Chef Bjoern Alexander. The sake tasting is from 5.30pm-7.30pm and includes snacks (RMB488 per person) while the sake pairing omakase starts at 8pm (RMB1088 per person). Make reservations as space will be limited.
