UMI Description

UMI is a Japanese restaurant currently helmed by well-known German chef Bjoern Alexander, who previously worked at the French Laundry in California, and the KEE Club in Hong Kong. Situated in a prime spot on the rooftop of the Taikoo Hui complex, the restaurant also features a chic al fresco bar and terrace.
