For the ones who cannot wait to celebrate Christmas, a festive duck menu will be offered on December 22 and 23, which is available during lunch as well as dinner hours.
The delectable menu includes a delicious duck essence with a black truffle dumpling and mushrooms, half of a mouth-watering oven roasted duck with a bread dumpling, red cabbage and a baked apple, and finishes off with a tender pear poached in red wine with cacao nibs. The three-course set menu is priced at RMB318 pp.
