Bouquet's location in the attic of Xinhua Bookstore gives this dining spot a relaxed and intimate feel. Cafe by day, restaurant and bar by night, Bouquet offers an ecletic menu by chef Rafael Qing (formerly MAYA) of East-meets-West with dishes ranging from Harbin smoked sausage and Mapo Tofu Burrito to Seafood Fusilli and Beef Stroganoff. They also feature a diverse wine list of over 100 bottles. Excellent service.
