This Sichuan restuarant takes its name from its specialty dish, Kao Yu which translates to "baked fish." Whole fish baked in a sauce of your choosing, served on a bed of potatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers and garnished with sesame and cilantro. Tender on the inside, delightfully crispy on the outside, it's no wonder that this restaurant has made it its specialty. Also notable are the other Sichuan dishes on the menu.
