Pelikan is a new restaurant by Craig Willis, helmed by Danish chef Kasper Elmholdt Pedersen. The menu focuses on small plates designed to share, many with a faintly Scandinavian twist to them. Pelikan's interiors are fun and casual, with squashy leather couch banquettes, tropical printed wallpaper, an open kitchen and a large cocktail bar. There is also a chef's table for those looking for a dégustation experience.
