Jamoteca has invited Eugeni de Diego, a reknowned chef from Barcelona and former core member of the El Bulli team as the restaurant’s culinary consultant. A legend restaurant for decades, El Bulli opened a new chapter of contemporary cooking in Spain and the world at large with its outstanding and cutting-edge culinary concepts. Diego has been active in the promotion of Spanish food and wine culture for many years, and now together with Jamoteca, he brings to Shanghai and Chinese diners a 100% authentic Spanish food and wine experience. Head chef Ferran Edo Andreu is a seasoned veteran from three Michelin starred Barcelona institute ABaC. He has spent many years in Shanghai as a key member of el Willy group with deep insights of local market and dining scene in Shanghai.
