Gula Bistro Description

It's a wine bar cum family bistro – two concepts not usually put together; dogs are allowed inside the busy space; the wine program is pretty lax; the menu is even looser, described as Chinese fusion yet seemingly lacking the Chinese side of said fusion; the logo is a cartoon puppy; and the name means gluttony.
