Probably the closest steakhouse to Peter Luger you can find in China, Phipps Steakhouse hired a consultant from PL bringing a menu up to PL’s standard. What’s worth mentioning is their dry-aged porterhouse with proper thickness of one inch making the impeccable cut for NY style steak.
