WeBox Gym Description

Webox is a revolutionary boxing concept designed to give a fantastic workout to all levels of fitness. Users of the gym can walk in at any time of the day and take part in a 30 minute HIIT boxing classes. In addition to the HIIT boxing circuit, we have foundation classes on offer each week. The group classes are one hour long and structured to teach participants how to box correctly.

HIIT Boxing
Classes are just 30 minutes in duration and are broken down into 10 separate rounds. Each round takes place at a new station and focuses on a unique boxing skill or strength exercise. The rounds are 2 minutes each with 60 seconds rest to allow boxers to move to the next stations. The workout comes with a heart rate monitor that will track the calories you burn.
