CakeAlley was founded as a result of friends eating my delicious cakes. It all started with one cake, which was and still is the firm favorite among my friends – the famous rum chocolate cake. With CakeAlley I want to pursue the passion for baking that has been a part of me since childhood as well as a tradition within my family going back to the 1660’s.
