Specially crafted by the Japanese Head Chef of TSURU, Kamata Hideki, who has notched up almost 30 years’ worth of cooking skills, the new set menu offers a variety of delicious combinations with fresh ingredients, inviting guests to enjoy simple and refined Japanese cuisine in the heart of the city.
