Husk is a project from Charles Cabell, the man behind Spanish
restaurant Bocado, and previously Mesa & Manifesto. Envisioned as a
sort of re-incarnation of the latter, which enjoyed enormous popularity
before landlord issues forced its untimely closure, it is an elegant,
mid-range bar and restaurant serving contemporary Australian and
Mediterranean cooking.
