For the first time ever, the French Music Day comes to the delta. Being part of the French Croisements Festival, the Music Day will be held at Shen Feng Park in Daliang County, Shunde City. Co-hosted by Daliang District Office and the French Consulate General in Guangzhou, the event will see four French bands (Natascha Rogers, April Shower, Girls in Hawaii and Franz Von Chossy) and four local music groups (Wu Tiao Ren, Chinese Noodle Band, S.A.C. and 7color) take turns to rock this second-tier city.

French culture is so much more than music. An art exhibition, Décovertes, will be presented at Deyi Art Gallery in the same park while three carefully-selected French movies, namely Cul de Bouteille, Peau d’ âne and Mia et le migou, will be shown on the great lawn of the park.
