The Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou is offering ravenous foodies the chance to dine on top-tier delicacies this month, from November 9-13, at its Ebony restaurant. Italian Michelin-starred chef Stefano Baiocco will showcase an array of unique culinary creations, including salmon salad with avocado, zucchini and cucumber and quinoa soufflé and grilled beef entrecote served with salad and herb rolls with a scented citrus fruit consommé (among numerous other ingenious dishes).
