Chef Stefano Baiocco, from Michelin two-star restaurant Villa Feltrinelli, wowed diners at Ebony last year with his unique gastronomic creations. This month, the renowned Italian chef returns to Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou to present Guangzhou food lovers with a range of new culinary delights including raw langoustines scented with citrus fruit rind, cherry tomatoes and green apple sauce, as well as lamb filet braised in olive oil, butter and aromatic herbs with almond cream and roasted pepper jus. Both dishes are available on Ebony’s nine-course dinner menus from November 6 to 10. A semi-buffet lunch with a Michelin-star main course is also on offer.
