The Mandarin Oriental’s Ebony Restaurant is hosting a special seven-course romantic dinner for two on Vanentine’s Day, specially designed and prepared by the hotel’s executive chef Jonothan Shea. For a further romantic touch, each couple will be presented with a fresh rose, a pair of handmade macarons and a voucher worth RMB200 for both spa treatments and future dining.
