Living and working in Sweden now a couple of years. And this Pengci behavior does not fly in this country. You cannot go to a hotel at 1:00am in the morning and expect to sleep on a sofa in the lobby or wait till the next day. Sorry, these are not homeless centers. The only reason I can imagine that they are dropped of at a church is because they might have hinted they have no money. Otherwise it is outrageous of the police to leave them there. From experience, this hotel they booked is in a residential area and there is a zero-tolerance for noise after 11:00pm in Stockholm. So the police are very tough & strict when people make noise after these hours, regardless of who you are. If these tourists would have cooperated, it would have been a completely different story.
